Gilmour Starts Strong with Season-Opening Win Over Revere

The Gilmour Academy Boys Lacrosse Team opened their season with a commanding 12-6 victory over Revere, setting the tone for the year ahead. Max Ritt led the offensive charge with four goals and an assist, while Aiden Arnie added two goals to keep the Lancers in control.
On the defensive end, Alex Cleary disrupted Revere’s attack with two caused turnovers, and freshman Brody Race made his mark by scoring his first career high school goal. Manning Ritt stood tall in the net, securing his first varsity win as Gilmour’s goalie.
Coach Jenkins reflected positively on the team's performance, noting,
"It was a successful opening game. We have some tightening up to do, because our next two games are hard ones, but all in all the staff feels it was a good outcome for us"

With the momentum from their season-opening win, the Lancers now turn their focus to their home opener against Hoban on Tuesday at 7 PM.
