Valley Forge High School Patriots Dive into New Swimming & Diving Season

The Valley Forge High School Patriots, under the guidance of Head Coach Kyle Hronek, entering his 12th year, and Assistant Coach Karla Whelan, entering her 9th year, are set to embark on a new season in Swimming & Diving. With a focus on building on the previous season, when the girls' team finished 3-10 and the boys' team finished 4-9, the Patriots aim to improve this year.

Senior Lorelai Nemes and Junior Aaron Krankowski are returning to the team, bringing valuable experience and skills that could prove pivotal in the upcoming meets. Under the seasoned leadership of Coach Hronek and Whelan, the Patriots are looking to refine the strokes of the new swimmers, emphasizing strength, endurance, and technique development.

As the season progresses, the team will face a gauntlet of CWC teams, aiming to improve their record and showcase the skills honed through rigorous developmental training sessions. The Patriots are scheduled to have several home meets, where you can come and support your Patriot Swimmers and divers.
