Coach Colleen Szakacs also reflected on the game's intensity,
"It was a great experience to get a win in a 5-set thriller this early in the season. The girls were able to figure some things on the fly and did a great job adjusting to pull out the win. I like the way we are being aggressive on offense and we are hoping to bring that with us when we start league play next week."
With this win, Bishop Foley sets a promising tone for their upcoming league games. They are scheduled to face Orchard Lake St. Mary's next at home on September 5. The team stands ready to build on their current momentum and aims to improve their current 2-0 record.
