Bishop Foley Welcomes Jamie Winowiecki as New Head Coach for Girls Varsity Basketball
Bishop Foley High School has announced the hiring of Jamie Winowiecki as the new Head Coach for their Girls Varsity Basketball team, set to start on November 18, 2024. Winowiecki joins the Varsity program from Grosse Pointe North, where he honed his skills as an assistant coach over a successful six-year tenure. Under his guidance, his teams clinched District, Regional, and MAC conference championships for two consecutive years.
Jamie Winowiecki brings a wealth of experience and a unique coaching philosophy to Bishop Foley HS. His approach is centered around prioritizing player development and fostering a competitive, unified team environment. Winowiecki's commitment to emphasizing effort and unity, both on and off the court, is expected to drive the team to new heights.
