Bishop Foley High School Welcomes New Head Varsity Football Coach John Maltese for the 2025 Season

Bishop Foley High School is proud to announce the appointment of John Maltese as the new Head Varsity Football Coach for the 2025 season. With a rich history in coaching and a string of accomplishments, Maltese is poised to lead the Ventures to new heights.
John Maltese brings over 18 years of head coaching experience to Bishop Foley, having previously led teams at White Lake Land HS and Divine Child. His career highlights include multiple league championships, a district title, four Coach of the Year awards, and achievements as both a player and coach in the CHSL Prep Bowl. His extensive experience and proven track record of success make him a significant addition to the Ventures' athletic program.
Maltese expressed his enthusiasm about his new role, saying,
"I am excited to be the Head Varsity Football Coach at Bishop Foley High School and return to the CHSL once again! The Bishop Foley Students strive for and are motivated for success in all that they do and achieve. We will restore the football program back to its winning ways while continuing its integrity and family atmosphere!"
