The Cross Country program has a new Freshman record holder! Brennan Higgins '28 has made headlines after setting a new school record for a freshman in a cross country 5k race with an impressive time of 16:07 at the Olentangy Berlin Bear Dash last Saturday.

Brennan has had a great Freshman year for the Knights. Some of his notable finishes include a 11th place finish (16:34) at the Columbus Grove Invitational, a 26th place finish at the Tiffin Carnival (16:21), and a 9th place finish at the Chet Sullwood Invitational (16:44).

The 'Knight Light' award seeks to spotlight student-athletes who not only excel in their sport but also embody the spirit and values of St. Francis de Sales. Brennan's recent accolade is a testament to his hard work and his dedication to his team.
