The weather conditions were unexpectedly sunny and warm, with temperatures near 80°F (26.67°C), which provided excellent and scenic conditions for fall rugby in the Upper Valley region of New Hampshire. Brown established an early lead with pivotal try scoring contributions from players such as Toby Achleitner (2), Ben Le Roux, Tripp King, Erik Estienne, Bryan Onwuka, Malcolm Grant, and Matthew O'Connor. Malcolm Grant (3), along with Fred Hughes and Jimmy Phelan, successfully added conversions, further extending the lead.

The defense was equally impressive, with players holding firm lines and executing crucial tackles, throughout most of the match, as noted by senior scrumhalf Jimmy Phelan,

"Defensively, we held great lines and made crucial tackles when need be.“ The team displayed excellent structure in their attack, and Phelan remarked on their ability to recognize space and take advantage of their opponent's defensive miscues, "

We had a nice structure to our attack, patient, and found good space to exploit on the overlaps. The new guys slotted in as well, and attacked that learning curve making us experienced players proud. Overall great showing from the lads and no better feeling than beating Dartmouth b2b2b2b2b."

According to Coach Ryan Grant, despite a late surge by Dartmouth College, Brown's tactical superiority and early lead were decisive in this encounter,

"With a mixed side for this match, it was great to get some extended minutes today for our newer members and work those players in alongside players with more experience. We got on top of them early, leading by 43 before they finally got on the scoreboard late. We let in a few soft scores after that, which we'll learn from, but we drew first blood and last. Coming away with a big 50-15 win on aggregate, it feels pretty good to sweep the day against Dartmouth on the road."

Looking ahead, the Bears will aim to continue their winning ways as they face American International College on October 11, 2025, at Abdow Field in Springfield, Massachusetts. With a current season record of 3-1, the B's are focused on maintaining their competitive edge against upcoming opponents.
