The Brown Men's Rugby development team wrapped up their fall season with an invigorating appearance at the Cianci 7's Tournament on November 24, 2024, at Kevin M. Hurley Middle School in Seekonk, MA. Competing in the social division, the Bears faced cold, clear, and windy conditions, but showcased their resilience and adaptability in the challenging 7's style rugby.
Development coach Luc Nahrgang expressed satisfaction with the team's performance, stating,
"Today was a productive introduction to 7's style rugby for the development squad and a fun way to wrap up the fall season for this group. These players worked really hard today and all fall and they should be proud of themselves for trying something new and staying committed."
