In an impressive showing, Regina High School's Cross Country team made notable strides at the Algonac Muskrat Classic Run, held at Columbus County Park on September 7, 2024. Competing in the 2/3/4 Division, the squad captured a commendable third place, contending against formidable schools such as Algonac, Cros-Lex, Lutheran North, Richmond, St. Clair, and Marysville.

Key contributors to the team's success included Elizabeth Ambroggio and Natalie Lentine, who placed 6th and 7th respectively. Not only did these athletes place impressively, but Ambroggio also clocked a season-best performance, matched by teammates Madelyn Yezback and Elle Bamford, each of whom put forth their best times of the season.

Looking forward, the team is set to compete at the CHSL Jamboree #1 on September 11, 2024, at Lake St. Clair Metropark. This event promises to be another exciting venue for Regina High School to display their skills and teamwork.
