On a clear sunny evening at Herrick Athletic Complex, the Central Lake/Ellsworth Trojans showcased their dominance in a commanding victory over the Bellaire Eagles. The varsity football game, held on September 26, 2025, was part of the regular season conference schedule and doubled as a festive homecoming event.
From the onset, the Trojans took control of the game, with standout performances across both offensive and defensive plays. Notably, quarterback Brady Roggenbeck led with precision, completing 2 of 2 passes for 56 yards, contributing 2 touchdowns through the air, and running for a further 24 yards to score a 24-yard touchdown. His efforts were complemented by Josiah Chellis, who rushed for 137 yards on 6 attempts, scoring twice, and Nolan Essenburg, who was notable both for an 8 carry, 93 yards performance, including a 41-yard touchdown reception.
The halftime score, a staggering 48-0 in favor of the Trojans, reflected their control of the game.
