Bay High School Rockets Secure Victory in Girls' Varsity Lacrosse Regional Semifinals

In a tightly contested regional semifinals, the Bay High School Rockets emerged victorious over the Revere Minutemen with a final score of 12-9 on May 28, 2025. The match, held at Revere High School, showed the strength and determination of the Rockets throughout the game.

The first half concluded with both teams locked at 8 points each, setting the stage for a riveting second half. Leading the scoring for the Rockets were Layla Meaux with 4 goals followed by Gracie Fitchpatrick, Nolie Piktel, Jill Tennant, and Hadley Clark each contributing 2 goals. Additionally, Fitchpatrick added 3 assists, showing her versatility on the field, while Carlin Biondi also made significant contributions with 2 assists.

Key to the Rockets' defense was Sophia Crimaldi, who not only saved 12 shots but was pivotal in the Bay's victory, providing stability and confidence for the team. Her performance was particularly highlighted as a critical factor in the Rockets' success.
