Arizona Christian Secures Title at GSAC Women's Track & Field Championship

Arizona Christian University emerged as the top contender at the GSAC Women's Track & Field Championship held on April 25, 2025, at Soka University. Garnering a staggering 282 points, the team outpaced its competitors significantly, securing first place well ahead of The Master's, which totaled 230 points.
The Championship saw impressive individual performances across various categories that contributed heavily to Arizona Christian's lead. Rylan Rhodes led the sprints with a first-place finish in the 100M and also excelled in the field category by winning the Long Jump event. In hurdles, Shaylee Quenzer captured first place in the 400 Hurdles, underscoring the team's diverse talent. The field events saw Cheney Gomez throw the farthest in Javelin, McKenna Rogers skilled in pole vaulting clinched the first spot, Sedona Dietrich showed prowess in both Discus and Shot Put, and Goldyn Hall soared to a win in the Triple Jump.
In a show of team spirit and strategic prowess, Arizona Christian also clinched the top position in the 4x100 Relay, adding to their overall points tally and showcasing their depth in relay disciplines. The Master's managed to secure wins in the 4x800 Relay and 4x400 Relay, which were highlighted as top moments from the meet, demonstrating a strong sense of competition and team effort.
