Brock Harman scored three goals Monday as the Avon boys soccer team traveled to Mentor and came away with a 4-0 non-conference victory. The Eagles are now 6-2 while dropping Mentor to 3-6.

Avon took a 2-0 lead into halftime, as Harman opened the scoring in the second minute of the match off an assist from Kyle Delury. About 26 minutes later, Mateo Muratore scored for the Eagles, with the assist going to Grady Kramer.

Harman, a senior, scored both of Avon’s second half goals, first from an assist from Mark Dushaj and then on a pass from Connor Britt.

The Eagles return to conference play Wednesday when they host Midview.
